Emerson Stone is seeking candidates for a Producer role. In the creative industry, a producer oversees digital projects from start to finish, ensuring they run smoothly while reporting progress to senior staff members and client stakeholders. Confident decision-making, an eye for detail and tactical thinking are essential to succeed in this position. This role is client-facing, so candidates should be comfortable building relationships with clients and understanding customers.
This is a junior-level position with the opportunity to grow within the company. Preferred candidates will have at least 1 year of agency and client management experience.
This is a full-time position at our Boulder office.
You will be managing both small and large-scale projects within the agency, assisting the strategy, design and development teams, and communicating with clients on a daily basis. You will participate in both client calls and in-person presentations, so being outgoing in a must.
Within the agency, you will be working with the internal creative team to understand progress on projects and manage timelines. This communication will also carry through to the client as you update them on timelines, project milestones, and strategic direction on projects.
Working with a senior strategist or partner within the agency, you will work to identify new business opportunities with clients and help to deliver them from first meeting to final handoff. You will be one of the first lines of defense to ensure timely delivery of projects through internal management and external communication. Where possible, it is also beneficial to anticipate or foresee project roadblocks or scope creep.
As a whole, the role of the producer spans the agency to help the teams with branding projects, print, digital product design and development for all Emerson Stone projects. While the producer is not a designer or developer, there should be a keen eye for understanding the work and learning over time to speak about it to both internal and external resources.
You will be working on a number of strategy projects—both product strategy and brand strategy. You will need to be able to read, write and distill complex information as the agency works across a variety of industries.
Finally, we are a small agency and the role will necessitate general administration and research as needed. We’re looking for someone who is a self-starter and outgoing to join our agency.
